In case of customer cancellation or changes to reservations, please notify SPORT DEPOT SHOP by email or telephone.

• If a reservation is canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking, the customer will receive a full refund.
• If a reservation is canceled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking, the customer will receive a full refund.
• If the reservation cannot be honored due to the merchant's problems, the customer will receive a full refund.
• If a reservation is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled booking or if no one shows up for the scheduled booking, the customer will receive 90% of their money back.

b) There is a hurricane, tsunami, or other adverse weather advisory or warning active
