2-year limited warranty policy

Sport Depot is committed to quality. Each sub-brand undergoes rigorous quality and performance testing. Our 2-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your sports equipment.

The 2-year limited warranty is valid only for you as the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Sport Depot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any claim if fraud is suspected or a customer has abused the limited warranty.

How long is the warranty period of Ewave?

One year for the circuit board components as further described in the product's user manual(s).

The warranty period for all accessories of the surfboard and its fin is one year. For more details, please refer to the manual.

The battery warranty period is one year.

What is not covered by this two-year limited warranty

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage, defects
  • Error caused by misuse or abuse
  • Improper care, impacts or the introduction of foreign objects
  • Vandalism, improper storage, improper
  • Incorrectly performed maintenance or repair
  • Use of harmful chemicals
  • Force majeure, fire, water, abrasives, negligence
  • Failure to follow manufacturer's instructions, loss of device
  • Normal wear and tear, change, overuse
  • Professional use, commercial use.
  • Due to missing, stolen, lost

How long is this limited warranty valid?

The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and ends 2 years later.

How to start a warranty claim

How to start a warranty claim:

Contact us: EMAIL: servicecenter@sportdepotshop.com. There you will find specific instructions on how to submit a warranty claim. Please have your order number, product serial number and proof of purchase ready.

Take photos or a video of your product : Before you return your product to us for a warranty claim, please leave some evidence for yourself to prove that your device is OK before sending it back. (Including photos or videos)

Prepare your product for shipment : Pack your product in the shipping materials (such as a shipping box or shipping label) we provide to return your product to us. Once we receive your product, we will determine if it has a defect or malfunction covered by our warranty.

If your product meets our warranty conditions, we will repair or replace a new device for you, free of charge.

Shipping: Our service center specialists will notify you if your product needs to be shipped. In these cases, shipping to Sport Depot will be at the end user's expense. If you live in our store or are just passing through, you are welcome to bring warranty items with you to the drop-off location; please remember to bring the order number from your warranty claim along with your product.

Sport Depot reserves the right to determine the cause of damage and the resolution of any warranty claim at its sole discretion.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under the sale of consumer products in your jurisdiction.
