How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order begins processing, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via servicecenter@sportdepotshop.com

However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation – what can I do?

If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at servicecenter@sportdepotshop.com.

I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact us via servicecenter@sportdepotshop.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Payments in invoice, Paypal, Credit Cards, Shopifypayment are
accepted.

Does Sport Depot ship internationally?

Not for now, we ship mainly within Europe.

In-Store Pickup

When will my online order be ready for in-store pick up?

Your product will typically be ready for pick up within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Your Ready for Pick Up email (print out or show on your phone)

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have 4-5 days from order placement to pick up your order with the option to extend your pickup window by another four days via text or email, if you need more time.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

We will cancel orders that are not picked up within your pickup window (standard window is four days unless you choose to utilize the one-time extension via text or email). You will not be charged for the order.
